BREAKFASTS FOR BETTER DAYS
We know that starting the day with a full tummy is essential for helping kids get the most out of their school day, and we are proud to be doing our part in fighting the hunger crisis both here in Australia, and around the world.
In 2012, we launched Breakfasts for Better Days initiative, a global promise to donate 1 billion serves of cereal and snacks to those most in need in our communities. In 2016, we committed to deliver 3 billion better days by 2025 through a combination of food donations, school breakfast programs, support for smallholder farmers, employee volunteerism and educating people about the problem of food insecurity, and how we’re working to improve it.
We have donated over 60 million serves of cereal and snacks to Aussies and Kiwis in need since 2002, and we’re committed to continue doing our part to support local communities in need.
In 2019, we announced our next generation Kellogg’s® Better Days global commitments, designed to drive positive change for people and the planet by the end of 2030. See more here on our new commitments.
