INGREDIENTS

  • 45g Kellogg's® All-Bran® Original
  • 200g Natural yoghurt, low fat
  • 50g Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 Kiwifruit, peeled and diced

DIRECTIONS

Place half the yoghurt in bottom of a glass, top with half of the All-Bran and half of the fruit. Layer and repeat with remaining ingredients.

Fibre per serve = 16 g (53% daily fibre needs)
