Parmesan & Herb Thins
- 3 x 70g eggs
- 3 cups Kellogg's® Rice Bubbles®
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup fresh herbs, finely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup coconut, toasted
- 2 cups Kellogg's® All-Bran®
1. Pre-heat oven to 190°C.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs.
3. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Press a tablespoon of mixture into a flat round shape and bake for approx. 10 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Serve immediately with an antipasto platter with cheese or with soup.
