Kellogg's® Special K® Original Protein Power Balls
INGREDIENTS
- 10 (85g) dates, dried and pitted
- 1/4 cup (35g) almonds
- 1 tablespoon rice malt syrup
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 4 teaspoons (10g) raw cocoa powder
- 50g vanilla protein powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 cup (40g) Kellogg’s® Special K® Original
- extra crushed Special K® Original flakes or desiccated coconut to serve
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients except for the Special K® into a food processor and blend until combined and sticky.
2. Add the Kellogg’s® Special K® and pulse three or four times until mixed in, but pieces are visible throughout the mixture.
3. Divide into 10 portions and roll into balls. Roll balls in crushed Special K flakes or coconut.
4. Place in the fridge to set for one hour.
