A classic Italian dessert right in your bowl with Kellogg’s® Rice Bubbles®, yoghurt, cold-brewed coffee, light cream, vanilla extract and grated chocolate.
- 1 cup Kellogg’s® Rice Bubbles®
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons cold coffee
- 2 tablespoons light cream
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon grated dark chocolate
1. Place 1 cup of the Kellogg’s® Rice Bubbles® cereal in serving bowl. Top with yoghurt.
2. In small bowl stir together coffee, cream and vanilla.
3. Pour over yoghurt in bowl.
4. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup cereal and chocolate. Serve immediately.
