Crispix® Rocky Road
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups Kellogg's® Crispix®
- 4 cups Kellogg's® Coco Pops® Chex®
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Glacè cherries
- 1 cup white chocolate buttons
- 1 cup milk chocolate buttons
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 cup drinking chocolate powder
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl toss together the Crispix®, Coco Pops® Chex® marshmallows and cherries.
2. Melt chocolate over a pan of warm water, stirring frequently.
3. Pour chocolate over the cereal mix, stirring until evenly coated.
4. On a large tray mix icing sugar and chocolate powder together.
5. Pour the cereal mix onto powder and toss until evenly coated.
6. Store in an airtight container.
