INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups Kellogg's® Nutri-Grain®
  • 2 Tbsp Kellogg's® All-Bran®
  • 600ml skim milk, very cold
  • 1 fresh banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup apricot nectar

DIRECTIONS

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.

Tips: Use 1 tablespoon of Protein Powder instead of the Kellogg's® All-Bran® if desired. Instead of Apricot nectar use your favourite juice.
